Yellowstone National Park
Yellowstone National Park is America’s first national park, established in March 1, 1872. The Park spans an area of 3,468 square miles (8,983 km²). It is located in Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho.
Yellowstone National Park was the first of its kind, and is known for its wildlife and its many geothermal features. The park has a collection of the world’s most extraordinay geysers and hot springs, especially Old Faithful Geyser, one of the most popular areas in the park, and the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone.
